Can't log in to new account

I see that my new account has been created and the directory structure exists, but when I try to log in, in, I get a "Login Attempt Failed". I tried a password reset, but never got the email verification. Can you tell me what I need to do?

I have never been able to log in to cPanel. I've requested a password reset, in case there's a password problem, but the email never arrives. My subdomain is travels.heliohost.org. Is there anyway I can get my cPanel account fixed?

What email did you use to signup? Was it a Hotmail address?

No, the email address is my private domain which forwards to a gmail account. I received the initial verification email at that address, but subsequent attempts to login or to reset my password provide nothing.

Would you consider my post a spam if I provide my information here the statement of woodrow is correct? My password reset mail never arrived to my gmail account as well... but the account created email got to my inbox...
