Domain Transfer

Dear Helionet,

I have signed up for a free host: http://webphysics.heliohost.org.

It has just been activated. I would like to transfer my existing "webphysics.it" domain webphysics.it to point to your servers.

I have tried to notify your NS (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) to the registrar before parking the domain in the control panel, but I get some errors from NIC authorithy (responsable for Italian .it domains):

I have also tried to park the domain without changing the registrar's default name servers. But I get this:

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 62.149.132.2,62.149.128.2 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

Thanks in advance

Best Regards

Umberto Dinoi

Try again now. If there is still trouble: looks like neither cPanel nor your NIC want to be the first one to initiate the domain transfer. I might be able manually force the domain to park - let me know if there is still trouble and you need me to do this.

Thank you very much. It seems working now. But I get an error with cpanel:

Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

How can this be fixed?

Thank you very much again.

Best regards
