Anth Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Hi, I signed up to HelioHost a few weeks ago in preparation for when I'd written my pages. However, I can't remember my username or password and no longer have the confirmation email I was sent. This is due to me using Mozilla Thunderbird at the time and storing the email in a personal folder. I now no longer use Thunderbird and have subsequently lost the email. If you can help at all I'd be very grateful. If I have your permission, I will PM you the details of the website I signed up for and anything else that may help you out. Recover your password through the cPanel login (hit cancel when it prompts you for a username/password, and there should be a link of the page you are redirected to).
