mdubski
Hi I tried to signup on heliohost.org several days ago and got the following message today: Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is: The / partition on this server is running out of disk space. WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.</h3> </body> </html> Please visit http:///signup.php?auth_key=1 and try to signup again. I have tried to access http:///signup.php?auth_key=1 but this is not a valid url. Also when I have accessed the signup page on heliohost.org- when selecting the 'other' option for desired domain the 'create account' button disappears. Therefore I am unable to try and create a new account Would be grateful for any advice. Many Thanks.

mdubski
Try signing up again at http://www.heliohost.org/. Everything should be fine now Hi djbob Thanks for your reply. I have tried to sign up again but as soon as you select anything but .heliohost in the dropdown menu for desired name - the 'Create account' button is disappearing therefore not allowing me to continue with the registration. Ashoat
You are using IE, right? Please try another browser. I'm working on the browser compatibility issues.
