dje1990 Posted November 18, 2008 Share Posted November 18, 2008 ## This has been reposted in the customer service forum, ty derek## Hey I registered with Heliohost yesterday at 8:30am (8:30am GNT UK), 24 hours have passed and I can still not access cPanel throught the URL I retreived in my installiation email. I've never created a website on a free web hosting server like this before, although I can type HTML PHP MySQL etc. I also have problems loading the Heliohost Home page from my home internet connection, it only occasionally works, the rest of the time I get errors saying I cannot connect to the server, although I knew the servers were working at that time because my freinds could access it from their home internet connnections.
