Problems with new account - Plz help

Hey I registered with Heliohost yesterday at 8:30am (8:30am GNT UK), 24 hours have passed and I can still not access cPanel throught the URL I retreived in my installiation email. I've never created a website on a free web hosting server like this before, although I can type HTML PHP MySQL etc.

 

I also have problems loading the Heliohost Home page from my home internet connection, it only occasionally works, the rest of the time I get errors saying I cannot connect to the server, although I knew the servers were working at that time because my freinds could access it from their home internet connnections.

 

Plz Help, ty dave

Not to be a "Back-Seat Moderator", as some people say, but I think this query could go best in the "Customer Service" section. I'm sure you will get faster and better replies if it's in the right section.
