Why not Tommy even when signup opens

I wait for all 23 hours for the signup to reopen to create an account on Tommy and getup early morning at 5:00 AM for the same and when I select it and click next it again send me to select choices and return me to compare page and show that signup again open after 24 hours. Why this cheating is there???

Signups on Tommy were open for 20.718 seconds today. This is actually quite long for Tommy as we usually see signups fill within 10 seconds. There's no cheating, you just have to be fast.
