"HelioHost Account Error" Upon Registration

I've recently tried registering for a HelioHost account; however I got this e-mail just a couple of minutes ago:

 

Dear moodlift,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

The / partition on this server is running out of disk space.

WHM operation has been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening.

Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.</h3>

Please visit http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/signup.php?auth_key=NA and try to signup again.

I tried re-registering using the link, but got this error in turn:

 

We're sorry, but that authorization key has already been used. Please contact an administrator if you continue to have problems.

 

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

You're not alone.

You can only wait til this gets fixed. There's something weird going on with the server right now, it's being worked on.

We only have one admin, you'll just have to wait it out. But there's a good chance that your registration went through.
