Have you already collected your backup? If not, go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials.

 

Then make a forum topic to cleanup your old domains from the cluster.

 

Then you'll be sent an invite following which you'll be able to recreate your account on Tommy.
