Restore backtup to Tommy Server

Can you recover my data to the new Tommy server?

Have you already downloaded your backup? If not, do so at https://www.heliohost.org/backup and then request a clean up of your domains from the cluster.

 

Then just add them to your account and upload the files from your backup to the respective directory in public_html. For the databases, you can restore them using phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin.

cPanel Backup Wizard will unzip your backup and restore it to your home directory. Just use the Backup Wizard to upload your backup to your cPanel.
