Tommy's been rebuilt and formatted. Hence all the accounts on it are gone.

 

Go to https://www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup using your previous Tommy credentials.

 

Then you can sign up for a temporary account on Ricky which will be moved to Tommy after he's back.
