I log in at least every other day unless I'm exceptionally busy but even then I still log in frequently. You recently had problems with the server and I was unable to log in for almost a week, then was very busy with work and had not checked for a few days, but now that I have it shows disabled which is a load of crap if you ask me. You should have extended everyone's time since it was YOUR server that was down and wouldn't allow us to log in. Please reactivate this account, Info is provided below. qsgt Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 You are correct that Tommy crashed due to a Hard Drive issue. However, your account has not been archived due to inactivity it was deleted as part of the process of rebuilding Tommy. The reason you are seeing the inactive page is because the system can't find your account and so it thinks it is inactive. The data in your account can be retrieved from the backup system by going to https://www.heliohost.org/backup/. Tommy is currently online but is still in the process of being rebuilt so noone is able to log in that the moment. An announcement will be made in the 'News forum (https://www.helionet.org/index/forum/1-news/) When Tommy is available and then you will be able to sign up for an account and upload your backup. All previous Tommy users will also receive an email inviting them to signup again. In the meantime, you are welcome to signup for an account or Ricky or Tommy when these servers open briefly at midnight UTC. Alternatively, if you would like to donate at least US$1 by following the instructions here https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ (or if you have already done so in the past). Then please reply with your transaction ID, donation method and the name of the server (Johnny or Ricky) that you would like an account on and you will be sent an invite once your donation has been verified. If you make an account on another server and upload your backup you can request that your new account be moved directly to Tommy when signups reopen. Let us know if you have any other questions.
