I have downloaded the backup but I don't really want to set up atemporary site on the Ricky server right now And would prefer to wait untilTommy is ready to host again. qsgt Posted August 26, 2019 Posted August 26, 2019 The server your site is hosted on (Tommy) is still in the process of being rebuilt. If you don't want an account on Ricky or Johnny then unfortunately your only option is to wait until Tommy becomes available again (likely to be early September). As a previous Tommy user you will receive an email inviting you to signup for a new account when Tommy is available. You can then upload your backup to your new account and start using your site again. If you need space increased in your account please let us know once your account has been created and an administrator can help you. I hope that answers your questions.
