PF4Public Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 (edited) Hi there.I've had a Tommy account. Unfortunately some bad luck struck Tommy down and all it's accounts. As far as I understood, every account is lost, so that everyone should create a new one. Is that correct? Thus I downloaded a backup, requested a new account and waited for an opportunity to create a new account. Eventually, I was lucky to create an account. I was notified that it was created, but should be activated (manually, I presume). This didn't happen immediately, so I waited for a next day. On a next day I refreshed the page, and it tells me again, that I should create a new account. How is that? I have already done this! Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. Sn1F3rt Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 Did you try to signup with the same email address? Or did you enter the same main domain as you had before?
Sn1F3rt Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 Post your main domain here for an admin to clean it up from the cluster. Also, the email issue shouldn't be a problem unless it conflicts with the backup system.

Is it possible to recreate my account, so that I had not need to wait for a free registration slot again? Edited August 25, 2019 by PF4Public
Sn1F3rt Posted August 25, 2019 Posted August 25, 2019 No, but did you donate anytime before? Then you can receive a free invite. Also, post your previous main domain so that it can be cleaned by an admin.
PF4Public Posted August 26, 2019 Author Posted August 26, 2019 Having changed a letter in domain name I could register, but now I cannot access cPanel
PF4Public Posted August 27, 2019 Author Posted August 27, 2019 My previous domain was pf4publi.heliohost and I have downloaded my backup, so it could be completely deleted.New domain is pfpublic.heliohost.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 You should be able to login into cPanel cuz your main domain is functioning properly. Try resetting your password if that's the problem.
PF4Public Posted August 29, 2019 Author Posted August 29, 2019 I have changed my password and all works now.
