Hi there.

I've had a Tommy account. Unfortunately some bad luck struck Tommy down and all it's accounts. As far as I understood, every account is lost, so that everyone should create a new one. Is that correct? 

Thus I downloaded a backup, requested a new account and waited for an opportunity to create a new account. Eventually, I was lucky to create an account. I was notified that it was created, but should be activated (manually, I presume). This didn't happen immediately, so I waited for a next day. On a next day I refreshed the page, and it tells me again, that I should create a new account. 

How is that? I have already done this! Am I doing something wrong?

Post your main domain here for an admin to clean it up from the cluster. Also, the email issue shouldn't be a problem unless it conflicts with the backup system.

How could it conflict with backup system?

 

Is it possible to recreate my account, so that I had not need to wait for a free registration slot again?

No, but did you donate anytime before? Then you can receive a free invite.

 

Also, post your previous main domain so that it can be cleaned by an admin.

You should be able to login into cPanel cuz your main domain is functioning properly.

 

Try resetting your password if that's the problem.
