Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 (edited) Hello,So I have finish restoring everything back to my Ricky Account, then I go hyten.org/forum, I get an error message: Not FoundThe requested URL /forum/ was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. That includes to my other folders too. Any ideas? Edited August 18, 2019 by Luigi123
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Even your main domain shows the 404 error resource not found error. Obviously it contains files. Have you checked all files are uploaded in the correct location?
Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 Yes, I only restored my directories from inside the public_html in my backup folder and upload it to my Ricky Account in public_html folder.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Even your primary domain that is, http://luigi02.heliohost.org/ shows the same error. Are the permissions for the public_html directory correct?
Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 Yes. Public_html is 755, my directories inside the Public_html is also 755 and all of my php files is set to 644.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Now that's weird. There's also one more thing - did you edit/modify something bcoz now neither your primary domain nor hyten.org is accessible? Or it might be Ricky is down. EDIT: They're back again... Still showing the 404 pages.
Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 Nope, I didn't edit or modify it anything.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 BTW if you have a .htaccess file, try renaming it.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Anything, for example htaccess.txt or asdf.txt, or anything but .htaccess coz that conveys a special meaning.
Sn1F3rt Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Then it has exhausted my knowledge of common causes; someone else might be able to help.
Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 There maybe a problem with Ricky Server, because when I type my domain into my web browser, it doesn’t take me to the “Index of /“ page. I get the same error message.
Luigi123 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 Whoo hoo! Finally it works! It was just Ricky Server load.
