[Solved] Change Cpanel username as well as forum username

I want to change my cpanel as well forum username to "newtrick"

cPanel username can't be changed that way. You will have to take a full backup,request an account deletion at http://www.heliohost.../scripts/delete and then an administrator can send you an invite so to could recreate your account with the new username.

 

As far as the forum username is concerned that can be easily changed by an administrator.(However creating a new account will automatically create a forum account with the new username)

An administrator can easily change your forum username but the only way to change your cPanel username is to delete and recreate your account. To do that you will need to backup your account content and go to http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete to request account deletion and then signup again with your new username once your account has been deleted. 

 

If you would like to signup for a new account even when free signups have closed for the day you may do so by going to https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and donating at least US$1. If you choose to donate please post your transaction ID here and an admin will send you an invite for a new account.

 

Creating a new cPanel account will also create a new forum account but if you post here a admin can merge your accounts.

Not quiet. When I had changed my cPanel username I was sent an invite for free even when free signups were closed for the day.

@sohamb03: Not quite. That only happens if the OP wanted to be in the same server based off their previous account.

Nevermind, do something post the original url of the account deletion script. Both mine and qsgt's links are wrong and since I'm on mobile, I am not being able to access the classic site to fetch that link.

Don't know what happened...I was being shown a 404 error page 5 mins back. Whatsoever it's now working for me also.
