Dear onurozdi,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information:

Username: onurozdi

Password: ****

Domain: ptcnedir.com

Control Panel URL: http://ptcnedir.com/cpanel

Please note that you may have to wait for account validation before your account becomes active. If this is so, you will see a suspended message on your domain until validation.

Regards,

HelioHost Staff

I've been waiting the validation mail for 3 days. What's the problem?

The big bolded text says that I had a bad grammer.

I checked the HelioHost support link. It's directed to this forum.

I just want to learn how many days does it take for the approval of an account.

On the other hand, the HelioHost and HelioNet mails was received as spam by my Gmail account. Everyday I search the approval mail in my spam folder.

Read all of the sign-up sheet.

Note that you only have one chance to create your account. Please carefully review your submission before finalizing. Only one account is allowed per user.

Also, if you want a top level domain, you must already own it. So I'm guessing you didn't own ptcnedir.com, eh?

You won't be able to sign up because of the big, bold, red text - duplicate accounts get auto-deleted (but the success message is still given in order to fool people). I'm going to go ahead and delete your first account - after that, you need to try signing up for the second account (again).

No no, that's the big, bold, red text. The big, bold text is:

You must already have a top-level domain name registered if you want to use it for hosting.
