HelioHost Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 Username: dargdarg, Server: Tommy, Main domain: dargusmaximus.heliohost.org Hello, I would like to change my Heliohost.com login e-mail address (the one thatis used to log into "HelioHost Tools" (pre cPanel section). My account is currently using e-mail address konrad.f.k.13@gmail.com iwould like to change it to my other email address arcueid.13@gmail.com The thing is, back few years ago, when i was registering for HelioHostservices i was experiencing some issues with my accounts and in result atone point i had account registered for both konrad.f.k.13@gmail.com andarcueid.13@gmail.com adresses (the latter one was deleted as per HelioHostTOS and rules). So, what I'm asking for is to "clear" my other e-mail addressarcueid.13@gmail.com and then assign it to my current account that is usingkonrad.f.k.13@gmail.com email address. I'm sending two exact copies of this mail from my both email accounts tovalidate my ownership of these accounts. ---------------------------Sincerely,Konrad
Flaze Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 You can change your email address by logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and click "Edit Profile". After that, click "Email and Password" and proceed from there. It may take some time until cPanel recognize the change.
