Machine Learning libraries for Python and Jupyter Notebook in Django

Im interested to know if is possible to run some machine learning libraries for python such as: tensorflow, sci-kit, numpy, keras, pytorch, lightGBM, theano and pandas. On the other side, any experience with Jupyter Notebooks in Django at the server?

Python 2.7 or 3.6? Since you mention django I assume you want these installed on python 2.7 because you're on Ricky. If you want to use django with python 3.6 you'll need to move to Tommy or Johnny first.
