[Solved] Blocked IP - my account was suspended and my email client kept trying

I'm recovering after the AnonymousFox thing. 

 

my domain was industryus.ca.  I think I'm on the industr1.helio... since my other account couldn't be unsuspended.  I'm assuming I just need to do something to get it linked back to the industryus.ca domain.  I'm trying to find the info on how I reconfigure it now that I'm (almost) back in.
