Does Heliohost support Freichat Installation?

hello admin, I have been trying to install Freichat but i keep getting this error 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@myzegaden.heliohost.org to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help.

Did you change the file permissions to 644?

 

PHP files need to be 644 to run, and upload as 664 by default. That's the number one cause of that error message. Similarly, directories inside of public_html should be set to 755 (public_html itself has different permissions and should be left alone).
