Cannot access FTP Server: Error in FileZilla

I cannot access Ftp Server through Filezilla.............................................../

 

and sometimes i get the error of "Server Not found" in Firefox..................../

 

my email id is "merabox@gmail.com"......................................................./

 

my site name is http://www.plzaskme.com............................/

 

In the night i had problems regarding to "Server not found"......................./

 

and now when that problem is resolved..................................................../

 

I am getting the Crtical Error in Filezilla..................................................../

 

Status: Resolving IP-Address for ftp.plzaskme.com

Error: Invalid hostname or host not found

Error: Critical error

Error: Could not connect to server

 

Plz HElp ME.................................................../

 

 

In my name.com domain

i have added the following name servers

 

ns3.heliohost.org

ns4.heliohost.org

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

Do you connected to the correct ftp site?

Usually the ftp site is as follows

ftp.jcx.heliohost.org

 

there's a ftp in front of your site domain
