Can't login to my account

I can't login to my account, but my domain is still working so I have no problem with Johnny (I saw that, apparently, it crashed?). What can I do?

I tried to reset my password but I got an error message saying that it is not possible.

It's suspended for inactivity, which is why it won't reset. I renewed it, try it again now.

I tried again and still have the same problem. The error message is in French, and says: Le système n’a pas pu définir le mot de passe de votre compte. Des informations supplémentaires peuvent être présentes dans le journal des erreurs du serveur. Contactez votre administrateur de serveur ou votre hébergeur.
