All servers always full

Apart from Johnny that is dead, why is Ricky always full? I'm trying to sign up for a new account on Ricky but it seems like I have to wake up in 3 in the morning to sign up.

That's because you do. I had to do the same thing when I started here 7 years ago (though it was midnight PDT back then). I think just about all of us who've been here a while have had to do this at some point.

 

Ricky usually lasts between 10 minutes and an hour every day, starting at midnight UTC (which I assume for you is 3AM). Johnny is dead but allows unlimited signups when he works. Tommy fills in about 10 seconds due to demand.
