I've just tried, FF just loads 16.530s for the cPanel index page.

Which is really fast for me.

For better clarification, my ISP speed is 1Mbps only.

Yah, I am aware that it takes a while sometimes. I've modified it a bit for ads and status indicators. However, I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be taking two minutes - trying refreshing again. Are you using dial-up?

But with images... 1Mbit (downloading), 30s + Script error

 

I clicked 'home' and... no script errors but 30s.

Yes.. maximum will be 30s or within 1 min..

2 minutes seems to be too over..

I guess he might be using dial-up or some sorta lousy connection..
