BlankMind Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I'm the webmaster from http://ee06.heliohost.org, an free ad-based account. I received an e-mail saying that my account was suspended, and I'm sure it was because I haven't logged in cPanel for more than 3 months. The link that came for renewing takes me to a page with this message: "Sorry, your username could not be found in the list of accounts suspended for being inactive. If you have a forum-based account, try renewing it. Otherwise, contact site support.". Now that I can't use the link to renew account and can't log in cPanel, what should I do to make the account functional again? Thanks for help, Antonio.
Ashoat Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 I reactivated your account by typing in your username at http://heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php... what URL did you get in the email?
BlankMind Posted February 26, 2008 Author Posted February 26, 2008 http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?... It's the same link, I wonder why it said my account was not in suspended list. Maybe the script takes a interval between blocking and adding to list? Anyway, thanks for reactivating it
AverageJoe Posted February 26, 2008 Posted February 26, 2008 I had something similar happen when I got the email. My gmail account showed the html and my browser included one of the parenthesis in the url when it auto-linked it. The url ended up being http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php?..." which obviously didn't work.

I didn't understand what went wrong before I read this thread, so thanks! I got my account reactivated now.
