Then, having clicked to use the item, I flled in my information. I entered it, but it said that the informaton wasn't valid. I hit the back button on my browser, but I got hte message "Item not available"...Any help? Or do I just need to register all over again, with new points? If so then please tell us what you bought. In your other posts you said you bought a domain name, where as I think you only bought a hosting plan. If you do have it still try to register it.
