Sea Pirate Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 I tried installing seo4smf to make my forum (www.musicidiot.com) search engine friendly, but I'm encountering the following error when I log into my admin panel: _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Not Found The requested URL /forum/seo4smf-redirect.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ I was wondering if this error might be appearing because mod_rewrite is not enabled on HelioHost?
Sea Pirate Posted December 3, 2007 Author Posted December 3, 2007 Mod_rewrite is enabled. Thanks DJBob for confirming that. I'll have to track down the source of this error. If anyone has successfully installed the seo4smf mod for SMF on HelioNet, I'd be interested to hear from you.
AverageJoe Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 I think that I had the same problem before and I'm pretty sure that it was because I forgot to edit the .http file. Just go back and read the docs for the mod. Joe
