Basic hosting

Just bought it and when i go on use item this form comes up with renew and signup i enter a hosting username , Click sign up and then a error comes up! And also my username here killer1087 will my site be killer1087.heliohost.org? Or can i choose

You should be able to choose your subdomain name, I think.

 

Did you click renew or sign up?

I clicked signup and comes up with the message

"We're sorry, but we could not find any instances of the username you entered using this plan. Please enter the username that you use to log in to your control panel."

But i havent even signed up yet!

Go here to sign up hosting. Then use the posting package, and put your username that you specify at the link above in the username parameter box.
