Is not funny funny... But is kind cute and a bit funny... Is a website where you adopt a virtual pet, called neopet and have to take care of him, feeding him, taking him to pokemon-like battles (i havent tried that, dont like battles, prefer the beauty contest ), and you have to earn neopoints to buy those things for them.

Neopets was okay... for a while. I eventually got bored of it. The battles weren't that great, I actually would prefer pokemon like battles over the use armor/use item that can't hurt anyone. The battles are expensive. They do have some fun mini-games though...

I used to do neopets, once upon a time, but like other things, I got bored. It get very repetitive, doing the same things over and over again all in the search for more neopoints. At one point I was in the top fifty, but, who cares?

i only played it for a week. thats what i do with most online games, i dont like them very much.

When most people were playing Neopets in my school, I was playing Gateway MUD, a text-based mass-multiplayer RPG. I almost completely mapped out this one place...

did you know that they own "www.neopests.com" aswell - i'm still not sure wether its slightly sarcastic...

Its the same site. A lot of sites do that, so if someone types it in wrong or something, they can still get there.

I think it's more concentrated on the fact that they don't want people to take the mick out of them, but google is a good example:

I played that game for a while. Then my friend at Minnesota stole my account with all these items I got from rare item codes off of my sister's plush collection. Then I got fed up.
