I don't know much about making a website but i want to use a Drag & Drop CMS to make one.

 

"WIX Website Builder" is nice example of what i need only i don't need the AD'S and it should be free.

 

Please suggest a good drag and drop builder with following features

1) Free

2) No Ad

3) Free Plugins & Apps

4) Overlap drag & Drop

5) Visually appealing designs and templates

6) Ability to add mutiple elements on top of one another

The only issue with wix is that it gives ADS and does not give out the website files
