Quantum Media LLC Posted July 17, 2007 Posted July 17, 2007 Well, Adobe Flash is good, but if you are just starting out or are a beginner, I recomment using CoffeeCup Flash FireStarter. It has pretty good features and functions. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
