Wish To Download Backup But Got No Mail

I would like to download my backup from stevie server. I followed the instructions on helionet and entered successfully my username and mail on https://heliohost.org/backup/

 

The following message was shown after entering the required information:

I just sent the link to download your backup to xxx@gmx.de. Make sure to whitelist emails from no‑reply@heliohost.org and check your spam folder.

Unfortunately, I got no mail. I checked the in-box as well as the spam folder. Can you please manually send me the link to download the backup files?

 

The one and only file on my account on stevie server I am interested in is:

public_html/cgi-bin/TageblattDownload.py
