Pointing Dot.tk Domain To Heliohost

Hello,

I have a domain registered in dot.tk and controlled via freenom. I have been using the frame cloaking method to use it but it makes it impossible to set header settings. I would like to point the domain to my HelioHost web server. Please guide me through as I have not done any changes yet.
