Quantum Media LLC
ok... typically there is a wait period until your account becomes active. try to login to your cpanel after you the the your account has been approved email

Ashoat
zyntak.heliohost.org is not in the account database. My guess is that you violated the ToS and your account got deleted. EDIT Yup, I was right. You created two ad-based accounts, which isn't allowed, so both your accounts got trashed. You'll need to signup again - this time, just create one account. Oh yah, and HELIOHOST IS DIFFERENT FROM HELIONET! Is it that hard to differentiate from "host" and "net"?
jayef
how long does it take to get an approval letter? I need mine quite urgently, so i just wanted to ask .......
Quantum Media LLC
Well like djbob said, you violated TOS and you need to create 1 new account.
Ashoat
Actually, that's a different person. Chances are that a similiar occasion occurred with him, however.
