My Password doesnt work

Hi, I recently got a cpanel from here (free). Umm, the password that I registered for my cpanel zyntak.heliohost.org doesnt seem to be working.

In the email its showing me the password, i typed that exact password in, and still doesnt work. Can you tell me whats wrong?

zyntak.heliohost.org is not in the account database. My guess is that you violated the ToS and your account got deleted.

Yup, I was right. You created two ad-based accounts, which isn't allowed, so both your accounts got trashed. You'll need to signup again - this time, just create one account.

 

Oh yah, and HELIOHOST IS DIFFERENT FROM HELIONET! Is it that hard to differentiate from "host" and "net"?

how long does it take to get an approval letter? I need mine quite urgently, so i just wanted to ask .......

Well like djbob said, you violated TOS and you need to create 1 new account.
