Kyougi Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 It's strange how easy he got distracted in his search. It sounds more to me that he's trying to capture the popularity of the public, continue his father's legacy, but he's only succeeded in screwing himself over. What he's doing is trying to do what the public wants, but the public is fickle, and in end turn, he gets confused himself and messes up royal. Quote
HerLoss Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Yeah... Jon Stewart was talking about something going on in Korea, the dictator was gaining military power to get out from the shadow of his more conservative father, and then he says "really? Now where have I seen that before?"Â haha, good times. For the "news", watch The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Comedy Central Quote
majazac Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 really nice one... Bush is a joke... he is only a trouble since he commands the most powerful (unfortunatly) army ion world Quote
HerLoss Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 My other beef is that, by constitutional law, the president can only use the armed forces for 6 months without congress declaring war, and its been a lot longer than 6 [bleeped!] months and there is no war. Quote
majazac Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 really? didn't knew that... so tecnicalhy Bush in violating a constitucianal law? Quote
HerLoss Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Technically, yeah, but no one gives a [bleeped!]. Quote
majazac Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 Sure, he is the almighty US president... why anyone would defy him? I love the commercial from American Dad, about God givin Bush a call Quote
HerLoss Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 I like the one for Family Guy where Peter goes to entertain him by putting on a clown nose and going "A BOOGABOOGABOOGA!" Quote
HerLoss Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 You missed out, big time. The actual episode was pretty funny too. Quote
Kyougi Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 That's funny, because I don't watch the commercials, but the shows. Quote
