HerLoss Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 I was jailed for a week for defending myself with a knife. They tossed me in untill my first hearing, at which point the judge let me go home till the second part.
Korps Commander Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 I knew that they expelled people for bringing knives, but I didn't know that a jail sentence was in order..........
HerLoss Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Two week suspention. No expultion, but the [bleeped!] vice principal tried to have me expelled for possession of cigarrettes like a week before. And I wasnt actually senteced to anything, but I was arrested and had to sit and wait for the first hearing. After the actual trial they let me off scott free cuz the charges were bogus and the arresting cop got in some major trouble.
Korps Commander Posted May 5, 2005 Posted May 5, 2005 Wait. If that were the case, how did your attacker walk away happy and free?
HerLoss Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Well he ran off to tell on me (how mature) and an ex-girlfriend looking for revenge said she saw what happened and such. They didnt talk to any of the actual witnesses during the arrest, and they all defended me at the trial. I get off, no charges are brought against him for w/e reason.
Korps Commander Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 It seems like the policeman had it in for you or something...................
majazac Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 that's a unusual story... Well... at least it had good witnesses
Korps Commander Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Hi, everyone! I'm back after being absent from Helionet for like three weeks. Ok, back to the topic. I wonder who in their right minds think that criminals should be released into society?!
