HerLoss Posted May 4, 2005 Share Posted May 4, 2005 Chain gangs of insane people? Awesome! lol. We have a shop up here somewhere that sells a lot of things that prisoners make. Mostly novelties. I've seen regular prisoners out like, working on roads and such, with like two or three guards with riot shotguns. I'm not exactly sure how that would work with the criminally insane though.
