Should insane criminals allow to plead innocent?

I think that most insane criminals should be drafted into labor or something....that way they help the community as well as are kept under guard.................

we have those kinds of occupation here... They usually do some art and the institution sell it...

Chain gangs of insane people? Awesome! lol. We have a shop up here somewhere that sells a lot of things that prisoners make. Mostly novelties. I've seen regular prisoners out like, working on roads and such, with like two or three guards with riot shotguns. I'm not exactly sure how that would work with the criminally insane though. Theyd have to be able to understand what their doing and stuff so they wont like, try to escape.
