this is probably a really basic question but when I open http://[mydomain].heliohost.org in the browser I can see my website and when I go to .heliohost.org"]www.[mydomain].heliohost.org It will not load. What do I need to change?

You shouldn't need to change anything. You didn't delete any files in your home directory did you? If you'll post your username i can better help you.
