newhost Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 Sorry this is probably a really basic question but when I open http://[mydomain].heliohost.org in the browser I can see my website and when I go to .heliohost.org"]www.[mydomain].heliohost.org It will not load.
