HelioHost Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Hurricane Electric had an issue with the routing of requests to our IP address at 64.62.211.132, which unfortunately houses our main site http://heliohost.org/ After several hours of tirelessly collaborating with the Hurricane Electric technicians we managed to get the IP address working again. Our support forum at http://helionet.org/ was not affected, nor were any of our user accounts on Stevie or Johnny. The problem wasn't with our servers at all so unfortunately the Heliohost administrators weren't able to fix this issue themselves, but we were able to help troubleshoot the issue and send our findings to the Hurricane Electric technicians on site.
