Default Cpanel Files

Hi,

 

I was trying to make some space in my user home dir. There are quite a few files and dirs in there that I did not put there, so Helio must have created them by default when it created my account, 'shali'. Would it be OK to delete every that I did not put there? Or are there some files that Helio needs to allow web-hosting to work?
