How To Restart Web Server

I have no experience about things like this,

I just upgraded ion cube loader, and I was told to restart the web server after upgrade, like this :

"Once you have replaced the loader file please restart your web server."

I can't access SSH

 

how to solve it?

You don't. You'll need to find different software that works with whatever ioncube version we have, or find a different host that has a newer version.

 

As for how you supposedly updated the loader...it's impossible. You don't have access to those files, so whatever files you did replace were not the right ones.
