voicyou1 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 @Byron, i added back the A record which is having ip of stevie.heliohost.org
Byron Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Your still showing the godaddy nameservers like nyten said.
voicyou1 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 Before this i was using Jhonny server with the same configuration and it was working fine but i wanted use PDO with pgsql so i deleted account on Johnny server.

voicyou1 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 @ Byron, By what time can i expect the response from root admin.
Byron Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 I'm not sure. Your best bet might be to just let me delete the account and recreate it. Are you ok with that?
voicyou1 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 @Byron, Ya i am ok with that because i am still setting up the site.
Byron Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Ok. Also make sure your ONLY using the name server option at godaddy. Remove the A record again. Ok I'm fixing to delete your account and recreate it. Ok I've recreated your account and I'll PM you the password. 1
voicyou1 Posted September 18, 2014 Author Posted September 18, 2014 No use of recreating account i deleted my default ns record from godady and added heliohost ns records and also deleted A record that was pointing to stevie server but no use.
Byron Posted September 18, 2014 Posted September 18, 2014 Give it 24 hours. The reason I wanted to recreate your account is because it used to be on Johnny and you deleted it. Sometimes not all the records get completely deleted.
Byron Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 Your site is active now. Clear your cache if you still get redirected to the heliohost home page.
voicyou1 Posted September 19, 2014 Author Posted September 19, 2014 @Byron, Thanks a lot for helping me with the setup of the website.
