Before this i was using Jhonny server with the same configuration and it was working fine but i wanted use PDO with pgsql so i deleted account on Johnny server.

Ok. Also make sure your ONLY using the name server option at godaddy. Remove the A record again.

No use of recreating account i deleted my default ns record from godady and added heliohost ns records and also deleted A record that was pointing to stevie server but no use.

The reason I wanted to recreate your account is because it used to be on Johnny and you deleted it. Sometimes not all the records get completely deleted.
