[Answered] Error During Signinup Another Account After Deactiving The First Account

I recently singed up free helio host account for the johnny account with my ns record pointing to the johnny server but i wanted to use PDO_Pgsql for my project so i deactivated the account on the johnny server and thought of creating an account on the stevie server but whenever i signup with my domain name i get an error that this domain name already exists in the database even though i have deactivated the account for the johnny server. Please can anybody help me regarding this.

What is the johnny account you tried to delete?

I registered the domain name voicyou.com on the johnny account with the user name voicyou1. I tried logging in the cpanel which shows the message that the user does not exists. And i log in my cpanel every day. Any help???
