jhorv Posted September 8, 2014 Share Posted September 8, 2014 Hi, I have an account on the johnny server. My HelioHost username is jhorv and my HelioHost main domain is horvath.heliohost.org. I just found out that my account has been suspended and I don't know why. My site is a personal website so I am certain that the content is neither Illegal,pornographic,spam, or infringes onanyone's copyright. I was doing some work on the site until yesterday so it couldn't have been suspended due to inactivity. I don't run any cron jobs or the like, and the only other software I have on my site is GetSimpleCMS. The source files for this software have not been altered in any way thus all copyright notices have remained intact. Considering that the site is primarily PHP and based on SimpleXML, I don't think that I have been using more than my fair share of reources. If for some reason there has been something which I had been doing wrong I would appreciate if I can be informed of what the problem was so I can avoid in the future. In the meantime I would very much appreciate if my site can be reinstated. Thanks for your time and consideration.
