Suggestion - Ban Proxy Scripts.

1. People probably use them to get past work or school filter restrictions. That doesn't sound like a nice thing to be doing in the first place.

2. Almost all free web hosting services ban them and claim that they create unnecessary load.

3. There are lots of existing web proxies out there and not everyone needs to create his or her own web proxy.

There are legitimate reasons to use proxies.

 

However, I must agree that proxies are one of the more common high load suspensions here, and there's thousands of them already in existence. There's no need for them to be hosted here when you can find them rather easily online.
