One of my site which was hosted at HelioHost is suspended. I am already a member of HelioHost since last 2 years.

Could anyone please let me know what going wrong. So i'll fix it from my end and continue my hosting with HelioHost.

Hello,

 

I have checked from our end and found one suspicious file which is recently uploaded at /www/download/files

but now we have removed that file and also scan and found threat in it.

But we also keep in mind to scan the files first when uploading files to server. Thank you.
