Can i delete my Account and Sign up to a different Server?

 

Right now i'm on Johnny and i don't need the extra features it gives to me.

I need more uptime. So is it possible to do it? Or is there an ip blockade to prevent this kind of things?

It takes a little while for the account to delete so if you'll post me your domain name and username and I see that it's in the queue for deletion, I'll go ahead and delete it.
